Assonance and its example.
Assonance is a figure of speech in which the same vowel sound repeats within a group of words, or in a line of text or poetry.
For Example:
1) Back in Black.
2) Silent night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright.
3) It's hot and it's monotonous.
4) The hat man.
5) What's going on?
6) We will light fire here.
7) The lumpy, bumpy road.
8) Fleet feet sweep by sleeping geese.
9) A rolling stone gathers no moss.
10) Surf and turf.
11) Motion of the ocean is slow.
12) Hear the mellow wedding bells.
13) Go and mow the lawn.
14) Shyam went here and there and everywhere.
15) The engineer held the steering to steer the vehicle.
16) Talking and walking, hours on end.
17) Long, low moan.
18) A turtle in the fertile soil.
19) Goodnight, sleep tight.
