EMAIL

 Rules for Email:

First, we need to write the email id of the recipient. 
Leave a line and write the subject.
The subject preferably should not have more than 5 words.
Leave a line and write the salutation.
The salutation can be as per the relation with the recipient.


For example:
1)
Greet the person you’re writing to: If it is the principal or the Government servant write Respected Sir / Madam.
2) Write the content.  
3) Start from the left hand corner with some spaces from the margin.
4) Stick to the main topic.
Explain what you’re writing about. 
5) The sentences should be short
6) Divide it in 3 small paragraphs.

Wrap up with a closing line. 
8) 
Sign off with an appropriate closing. If the recipient is the principal  then we should write: Yours obediently. For other recipients you can write Yours truly or faithfully. Write your name.

Looking back over what you wrote before hitting send shouldn’t be a time-consuming chore: Remember, the ideal email is concise.
